Rest Snacks for Better Sleep is a collection of 10 gentle practices inspired by Yoga, stretching, the Feldenkrais Method, breathwork, and meditation — all designed to help you experience deeper, more restorative rest and better sleep.
Each practice is short and simple, so you can learn it well enough to use anytime — whether it’s part of your evening wind-down or a mid-day pause to reset your nervous system.
Some of the tools are especially helpful when you wake up in the middle of the night and need something calming to guide you back into sleep — no scrolling, no stimulation, just your body and breath.
About the author:
Maša lives and breathes all things movement, sleep, and dreams. In what seems like a past life, she was an interpreter and translator glued to her office job, with an unexpressed desire to move and be more connected with nature and people around her. Once that desire surfaced, she spent 5 years diving into different certifications of Hatha Yoga, AcroYoga, Embodied Facilitation, Feldenkrais Method, Sleep Therapy, Lucid Dreaming Facilitation and different movement practices. At the tail end of that, she left the career that no longer lit her up to fully pursue the passions that were driving her.
Today, she helps people create sustainable routines and rituals that allow them to sleep better, move more fluidly, and lead a life that is fully aligned with their core values.
